GSFIC's Program for Building Georgia

 Monthly Membership Meeting
October 16, 2003

Gena Abraham was recently appointed Director of the Georgia State Finance and Investment Commission. She will share her vision with us on GSFIC's building program - a huge agenda that engineering companies will be involved in at many locations and levels. How is the "new" GSFIC different from the "old"; what are their areas of emphasis and their biggest challenges; where are there opportunities? And where do things stand with the state Construction Manual, or at least elements of it? These and other perspectives on state design/construction as well as legislative initiatives should not be missed by ACEC/G member firms that are involved in vertical construction design and management.
