On Wednesday, July 21, 2004, Chair Ray Drayton with Qore Property Sciences will kick off ACEC/G's new Human Resources Forum at the Georgia Engineering Center from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. A live ACEC webinar will be provided during the Forum titled, Five Strategies for Improving Employee Performance.  Professional service firms rely on the performance of their employees to deliver projects, satisfy clients, and help make a profit! When an employee is not performing, it can negatively impact the business climate. Examine factors that hamper or facilitate on-the-job performance, and discover five strategies to increase employee productivity.
