Member firms of ACEC/G have as their principal business the practice of consulting engineering, environmental, technical, and management services. They maintain permanent offices in the State of Georgia, staffed by qualified and registered engineers. There are approximately 300 members with total employment in Georgia of more than 9,000 people. In 1997, the Council expanded to include associate membership.
