Goal 3: Increase Effectiveness of GEA in Meeting ACEC/G Goals

This topic was treated as a discussion of the current and proposed GEA activities of importance to ACEC/G based on the following three criteria:

  1. A critical ACEC/G activity we should lead with time and financial resources.
  2. An important activity that others should lead and ACEC/G may support with financial resources.
  3. Other ACEC/G recommendations for GEA will be directed to the GEA Board and not an ACEC/G priority. The GEA activities that are a top priority for ACEC/G are:

    • Increase Non-Dues $ - Enhance Education
    • Brand GEA as the voice of Georgia engineers (not just ACEC/G)
    • GEA to develop strategic plan
