ACEC Georgia members are invited to join the Inclusion & Diversity Task Force, chaired by Emmanuella Myrthil with HNTB for an open discussion on the effects of “isms” and how to overcome them in the workplace.
“Ism” is a distinctive theory, system, or practice. In this climate, understanding the isms is the first step to overcoming them. When racism, sexism, and other isms are present in an organization, there are significant impacts on workplace culture and productivity.
