    Job Description
    Administrative Assistant needed to work with engineering group in downtown Atlanta office. Applicant must be able to work in a complex environment with multiple simultaneous tasks. Previous experience in an engineering environment helpful.

    Job Responsibilities include:
    pecification processing, knowledge of/ability to learn SpecsIntact and MasterSpec. An ability to produce electronic forms, reports, plan documents, statements, etc. from printed copies. Binding reports and preparing them for mailing to clients. Combining reports into pdf format for electronic reports. Shipping reports, packages etc. by requested means. The ability to navigate ftp sites. Set up and repair spreadsheets in Excel. Assist Marketing with proposals as necessary and other projects as needed and as experience permits. Ordering and keeping track of office supplies.

    Job Requirements include:
    Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat programs. InDesign knowledge a plus. Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and the ability to proofread and correct written reports. Efficient and dependable, ability to handle multiple tasks, detailed oriented, organized, and the willingness to learn new things.
