HR TEAM EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

- Recruitment & Selection experience
- Enjoys Onboarding & Offboarding & implementing HR best practices & processes
- Experience with Benefits enrollment and Compensation practices
- General HR day to day operations & services
- Downloading, pulling, and analyzing various reports from internal systems
- Answering questions and providing support to various cross-functional team members
- Supporting the team in the analysis, coordination, and execution of various programs
- Independently organizing and producing computer-based presentations
- HR projects and tasks as required
- Compliance & FLSA knowledge
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and flexible work environment
- Focused on engagement and optimizing the Company culture
- Analytical with strong project management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Savvy at building partnerships at all levels of the organization and has a passion for people!
- College Education and previous HR experience is preferred
- 3-5 years of HR experience is preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities
- Ability to assume responsibility and work independently minimal supervision
- Proven administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize work
- Computer skills including expert competency in Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must possess organizational, problem solving and follow-through skills to complete projects in a timely manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Team player that is resourceful, creative and results-oriented with effective communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels, in person and over the phone both within and outside the Company
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate with a degree in HR or Business
- Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
