    Job Description
    HR TEAM EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
    The HR Coordinator must be able to prioritize varying responsibilities and demonstrate initiative and great energy while providing HR solutions. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can multitask and show enthusiasm for supporting this growing firm and team.

    Key Requirements: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING ADP’s WORKFORCE NOW
    • Recruitment & Selection experience
    • Enjoys Onboarding & Offboarding & implementing HR best practices & processes
    • Experience with Benefits enrollment and Compensation practices
    • General HR day to day operations & services
    • Downloading, pulling, and analyzing various reports from internal systems
    • Answering questions and providing support to various cross-functional team members
    • Supporting the team in the analysis, coordination, and execution of various programs 
    • Independently organizing and producing computer-based presentations
    • HR projects and tasks as required
    • Compliance & FLSA knowledge
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic and flexible work environment
    • Focused on engagement and optimizing the Company culture
    • Analytical with strong project management skills
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Savvy at building partnerships at all levels of the organization and has a passion for people!
     Qualifications / Requirements :
    • College Education and previous HR experience is preferred
    • 3-5 years of HR experience is preferred
    • Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities 
    • Ability to assume responsibility and work independently minimal supervision 
    • Proven administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize work 
    • Computer skills including expert competency in Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Must possess organizational, problem solving and follow-through skills to complete projects in a timely manner 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail and proofreading skills 
    • Team player that is resourceful, creative and results-oriented with effective communication skills 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels, in person and over the phone both within and outside the Company 
      
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Must be a college graduate with a degree in HR or Business
    • Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
