Chandler Baker
Director of Professional Development
Chandler Baker serves as the Director of Professional Development for ACEC Georgia. In this role, Chandler is responsible for ACEC Georgia's program content, leadership development programs, task forces, forums, webinars, STEM outreach activities and oversees the ACEC Georgia Junior Board.
Chandler was previously an intern for Governor Nathan Deal's staff in the Governor's Floor Leaders Office. After only a few months, she was promoted to Administrative Assistant to the Senate Floor Leaders for the Governor Deal.
Chandler served on the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Junior Board from October 2021 to October 2023 and was the GSGA Junior Board Volunteering Committee Chair for 2022-2023. She is a dedicated volunteer, advocate for Girl Scouts, and carries a true passion for encouraging and educating the next generation. Chandler was also a club soccer coach for seven years, a soccer referee for ten years, and she still holds a National E Coaching License.
After growing up in the small town of Jackson, Georgia, Chandler received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in management from Presbyterian College in South Carolina, where she was also a division 1 student-athlete on the women's soccer team.
